The Type AL 15 is a pressure-fed external mix flat fan spray nozzle that controls atomisation without changing liquid flow, where lighter air pressure produces higher atomisation for a given liquid pressure.
The spray pattern is a function of pressure, with higher air pressure producing a longer spray pattern; types 15-01 to 15-05 are siphon type, whilst types 15-06 to 15-11 are pressure fed.
