The Type BC produces uniform distribution of droplets in a solid cone spray pattern, with droplet size larger than hollow cone nozzles of equal capacity, purpose designed for continuous casting applications, and available in spray angles of 50°, 65°, 80°, 90° and 120°.
It uses a multi-slotted core incorporating a Star Slot swirl chamber bottom, with the core a drive fit into the body and not suitable for replacement, available with a 3/8″ BSPP Female inlet thread in Brass and Stainless Steel as standard.
