The Type BQ produces uniform distribution of droplets in a solid cone square shaped spray pattern, with droplet size larger than hollow cone nozzles of equal capacity and impact generally greater with narrower spray angles at the same flow rate, with pressure increases affecting spray angle.
It is a one piece body with a pressed in cross-milled removable core that imparts the necessary swirl, with a hexagon body for easy installation that eliminates distortion of the orifice during installation, available with Male BSPT and Female BSPP threads in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel as standard.
