The Type CBI produces uniform distribution of droplets in a solid cone spray pattern, with droplet size larger than hollow cone nozzles of equal capacity and impact generally greater with narrower spray angles at the same flow rate, with pressure increases affecting spray angle.
It is a one piece body with a pressed in cross-milled removable core that imparts the necessary swirl, with a hexagon body for easy installation that eliminates distortion of the orifice during installation, supplied with Male BSPP thread only in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel as standard.
