The Type CBT produces uniform distribution of spray droplets in a wide angle solid cone square shaped pattern, with droplet size larger than hollow cone nozzles of equal capacity and impact generally greater with narrower spray angles at the same flow rate, with pressure increases affecting spray angle.
It is a one piece body with a pressed in cross-milled removable core that imparts the necessary swirl, with a hexagon body for easy installation that eliminates distortion of the orifice during installation, supplied in Male BSPP thread only in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel as standard.
