The Type BI produces uniform distribution of droplets in a solid cone spray pattern, with droplet size larger than hollow cone nozzles of equal capacity and impact generally greater with narrower spray angles at the same flow rate.
It is a one piece body with a pressed in cross-milled removable core that imparts the necessary swirl, with a hexagon body for easy installation that eliminates distortion of the orifice during installation, available with Male BSPT and Female BSPP threads in Brass and 316 Stainless Steel as standard.
